How to make organic kitchen cleaners

More and more individuals are thinking about using green cleaners for their homes. In fact, some of them are even considering making their own cleaners. This might sound difficult, but in reality is quite simple. For example, most DIY cleaning recipes contain baking soda. Manufacturing kitchen cleaning products is beneficial for your health and for the environment. Using water, vinegar and baking soda will make you know for sure that when cleaning the house you’re not damaging the environment.

There are a couple of things that you need before starting making your own cleaning products. You must have ingredients like dish soap, vinegar, water, baking soda, essential oil and lemon. In addition, you need some tools or equipment including measuring spoons, spray bottle, scrub brush, sponge and bowl.

In order to make an all – purpose cleaner you need vinegar (2 tablespoons), dish soap (1/2 teaspoon) and baking soda (1 teaspoon). Use a funnel to put all these ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake it and then let it sit for about 60 seconds. The next step is to put warm water in the bottle and shaking it again. Let it rest for a couple of minutes and then add some essential oil.

For a garbage disposal freshener, you need a lemon. Take out the pulp and some peel strips and just put them inside the garbage disposal. Pour some water and in the end turn on the disposal. If you want to manufacture a stovetop or sink cleaner, then you need to mix warm water and baking soda (1/3 cup). Mix them in a bowl until you obtain a moist paste. Use a brush or a sponge to take the paste and scrub the dirt.

When you need to clean the microwave, you must put a bowl of water inside the microwave and wait until half of it evaporates. The steam will penetrate the oven and in the end you can simply use some baking soda and a sponge and clean the microwave.
